Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are not available for orders where the wrong book was ordered, an incorrect shipping address was provided, or a purchase is no longer wanted. These situations are outside the scope of what we can accommodate.

If you receive a damaged book or a product with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery. To submit a claim, reach out via our support contact and include clear photos of the issue. If the damage appears to be shipping-related, please also include photos of the packaging.

If the same issue affects multiple copies of the same book, one additional photo showing all affected items together in a single frame will be required for verification.

For lost or undelivered shipments to a confirmed correct address, if tracking shows no movement for 15 days, you may request a reshipment to the same address at no charge.

If a delivery fails because an incorrect or non-USPS-approved address was provided at checkout, you may reorder with the corrected address. Refunds are not issued in this case.
