Shipping policy

Most books ship within 3 days of fulfillment. Please note that all orders have a 24-hour hold before entering fulfillment, this gives time for address changes or cancellations.

Some books are printed on demand. For these titles, printing and shipping takes a minimum of 4 days, and during peak periods or severe weather, fulfillment may take up to 12 days, though this is uncommon. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled regardless of any printing delays.

It is not always possible to know in advance which books are printed on demand, as even major publishers may shift their most popular titles to on-demand printing when on-hand inventory runs low.
